THERE WERE 840 votes cast in the Anthony Conaghan Cars Donegal Sport Hub Player of the Week.

Loreto Community School Milford won an epic Corn MacNeasa final last week at Garvahey, the Tyrone GAA Centre of Excellence.
The side managed by Oliver Walsh won an incredible final 9-18 to 8-6 against Cavan’s St Clare’s College, Ballyjamesduff. There were a number of standout performances on the day in the U-14B Ulster decider but none more so than Steve McDaid, who finished the day with 3-5 to his name.
McDaid picked up 223 votes to win the award, with his clubmate Geraldine McLaughlin getting 166 for her starring role in Letterkenny Institute of Technology’s Donaghy Cup win. Stephen Mulligan from MacCumhaill’s was third with 148 votes.
