Watch: Jack Keaney channels his inner-Messi with stunning free kick

Jack Keaney did his beat Lionel Messi impression last night as a stunning free kick gave Sligo Rovers a win over Shamrock Rovers.

Keaney’s 35-yard free flew past Alan Mannus, the Shamrock Rovers goalkeeper.

The Donegal Town man sent the Showgrounds wild and his super goal has gone viral on social media.

Earlier in the season, Keaney also scored a wonder goal against Dundalk.

Ronan Coughlan gave Sligo the lead last night, with Shamrock Rovers briefly level through Aaron Greene’s acrobatic effort.

The night, though, belonged to Keaney.
