‘Was there a breeze?’
Conditions were tough enough for players last night – but Donegal and Armagh kickers had to contend with moving targets for a time!
Such was the ferocity of the wind that howled across Sean MacCumhaill Park, the goalposts at the Ballybofey venue swayed from side-to-side during a spell of particularly bad weather at the end of the first half.
Throughout the interval, the conditions worsened, but did pick up a little in the second half.
Donegal, thanks to 1-2 from Michael Murphy, won by 1-9 to 0-11.
