Seamus Coleman’s 73rd-minute header was the difference as Everton defeated Monaco 1-0 in Switzerland to secure their first win of the pre-season.
With little over fifteen minutes remaining, Coleman bravely headed the Toffees in front and it proved to be the decisive goal.
