CHLOE MAGEE AND Sinead Jennings have been shortlisted for Irish Sportswoman of the Year.
The poll is being run by Sportwomen.ie and you can vote for the Donegal entrants here.
Ireland’s leading female badminton player Magee (pictured above) is a two-time Olympian and aiming to take part in the Rio Olympics next summer.
The Raphoe native has been representing Ireland for 10 years, since the age of 17 and in June she – along with her brother Sam – won bronze in the mixed doubles at the European Games in Baku.
Thirty-eight-year-old Jennings, who is from Letterkenny, and her partner in the lightweight women’s double sculls, Claire Lambe (both pictured above), finished third in the B final at Aiguebelette in France of the World Rowing Championships to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games.
An accomplished cyclist, Jennings was the 2001 World Rowing champion in the lightweight women’s skulls.
