STEPHEN DOHERTY DOESN’T miss too much and neither does David Shovlin.
As this afternoon’s FAI Intermediate Cup semi-final replay was entering injury time, Doherty, the Letterkenny Rovers club photographer pressed record with his side 1-0 up against Ringmahon Rangers from Cork.

Moments later, with the home side on the break, a pass from Darren McElwaine was tucked home by Shovlin to put the result of the contest beyond any reasonable doubt.
The 2-0 win for Eamon McConigley’s team mean they’re headed for the Aviva Stadium on May 14 to take on Crumlin United in the final.
It’s the first time in the history of the Leckview Park club that they’ve reached the final of the prestigious competition.
