RYAN MCHUGH admits Donegal must make the most of their second bite of the cherry when they face Galway on Saturday evening at Croke Park in the All-Ireland Round 4B qualifiers.
McHugh was denied a second successive Ulster SFC medal by Monaghan and although the 21-year-old admitted there was a lingering sense of disappointment after that game, there now is a fresh impetus within Rory Gallagher’s camp.
“It’s good to get back at it and get into the All-Ireland series,” the Kilcar clubman said. “That’s a new test for us and it’s something we are looking forward to as a group. We can’t wait to get to Croke Park at the weekend.”
McHugh spoke to Charlie Collins of Donegal Sport Hub. Watch the interview in full below.
