SHANE DUFFY opened the scoring as Blackburn Rovers drew 2-2 last night against Queen’s Park Rangers at Loftus Road in the Sky Bet Championship.
The central defender (pictured above) headed home after 14 minutes, only for the hosts to level on 46 through an Adam Hanley own goal. Blackburn went in front again when Jordan Rhodes was on the mark but QPR got back on terms a second time through Nedum Onuoha, who headed in with 11 minutes left.
The draw means Blackburn remain second from bottom of the table, with just four points from their seven outings this season so far.
Republic of Ireland international Duffy is Derry born and bred and his father Brian is a native of Letterkenny.
