CIARAN COLL HADN’T scored for Finn Harps since June 2012 but last night at the UCD Bowl, he earned his side a 1-0 win with a first minute goal against UCD.
The victory put Ollie Horgan’s side in a good position in the SSE Airtricity League Division One play-off ahead of Friday’s second leg in Ballybofey.
The 24-year-old, who scored last against SD Galway over three years ago, was on the mark to head home a cross from Wilfried Tagbo on 24 seconds.
