MUD-RUNNING has become an increasingly popular pass-time in a country renowned for rain.
It’s seen as a good way to get fit, have fun or team bond. Last Saturday week at Extreme Adventures Letterkenny, the ‘Gateway to Hell’ attracted 250 participants over both the 5K and 10K courses in Glenmaquin.
