MICHAEL MURPHY GAVE something of a virtuoso performance from placed balls last night in Newry.
The Donegal captain (pictured above by Geraldine Diver) kicked no less than seven frees and one sideline ball from his eight pops at goal in the 3-15 to 0-7 win for Rory Gallagher’s team. The sideline ball, though, was the one that left people drooling. ‘
