DONEGAL SPORT HUB’S Alan Foley might not be a fluent Irish speaker, but still managed to appear yesterday evening on TG4’s Nuacht to give his views on the Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2016 play-off first leg against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Martin O’Neill’s Ireland play the first leg at the Bilini Polje stadium in Zenica this evening with the return leg at Aviva Stadium on Monday.
Shay Given, John O’Shea, Shane Long, Jonathan Walters and David Meyler all miss out tonight.
Letterkenny native Alan (pictured above with Shane Long) is in Zenica for the game and gave his thoughts to TG4.
