BUNDORAN AND NAOMH COLMCILLE clash in Sunday’s All Sports Donegal Intermediate Football Championship final at O’Donnell Park (throw-in 3.30pm).
It’s a unique and novel pairing that represents the first meeting at any level between these clubs.
Bundoran were relegated from the senior championship last year having been in the top tier since winning the intermediate final in 2010, but for Naomh Colmcille it’s their first-ever visit to the IFC decider.

Bundoran have been the bookmakers’ favourites since the start of the campaign.
“We got the favoruites tag at the beginning of the year and we can’t change that,” manager Brian Gavigan said.
“We have eight lads on the team who have played in an Intermediate final and they’ve all played good quality football on the way through.”
Naomh Colmcille had to go through a replay to see off Gaeil Fhánada in the semi-final.
“After beating Fanad so well the tails are up, but we’re under no illusions that we’re coming in as underdogs,” captain Gerard Curran said.
“We’re playing a well-established senior team.
“I’ve been playing on the senior team for fifteen years now and I’ve never played Bundoran. We’ll leave it to Francie (Martin), Dougie (Corbett) and James (McGrath) to get a game plan for Bundoran.”
Brendan O’Donnell from Jacksonsmediatv has put together a video preview of the game.
