THE MICHAEL MURPHY SPORTS AND LEISURE Donegal Championships throw in this weekend at venues totted around the county.
As the new sponsor of all the competitions, the Donegal captain was in attendance at the launch at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny for the official launch last Wednesday night.

He was joined by MC for the night, Charlie Collins, Donegal manager Rory Gallagher, Donegal GAA County Board chairman Sean Dunnion, treasurer Cieran Kelly and secretary Aideen Gillen, CCC secretary Declan Martin, assistant treasurer Paddy Tinney, oifigeach culture of teanga Fergus McGee, vice-chairman Frankie Doherty and administrator Noreen Doherty, as well as members of the competing clubs and the local media.

The various trophies were also in attendance with Naomh Conaill having won the Donegal SFC last year, Bundoran taking the Intermediate crown and Naomh Ultan the Junior title. Burt were crowned as the hurling champions and Glenswilly took home the senior reserve crown.
