THE VENUE FOR the meeting of Donegal’s footballers and Roscommon – as well as the curtain-raising hurling clash involving Donegal against Down – has been confirmed.
With Rory Gallagher’s Donegal and the Kevin McStay managed Roscommon both on six points following their first four outings in the Allianz League Division 1, it had been suggested that due to the interest in the fixture, it may be moved to MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.
However, this move will not take place with O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny playing host to Sunday’s fixture on an all-ticket basis.
The Donegal hurlers will meet Down in Division 2B of the Allianz NHL.
A statement read:
The Donegal v Roscommon and Down Football & Hurling double-header has been confirmed for O’Donnell Park this Sunday, March 13th.
The game will be all-ticket with tickets available through clubs, Co. Board office (Ballybofey) and usual outlets.
