TYRONE RUTHLESSLY PROGRESSED to a first Ulster SFC final since 2010 with a convincing win over Cavan in Clones this afternoon.
The side managed by Mickey Harte were 5-18 to 2-17 winners in their semi-final replay, with Peter Harte scoring two first half goals as Tyrone led 2-8 to 0-7 at half-time. Connor McAlliskey, Rory Brennan and Ronan O’Neill added second half goals.

Donegal have an excellent record against their neighbours in recent years, winning championship outings in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015, with Tyrone’s last victory in the series coming in 2007.
