Tourish, who is set to join Irish League Premier Division side Institute when the summer transfer window opens, was named Player of the Year at the annual awards bash on Friday night at Arena 7.
Tourish had an outstanding season with Rovers and recently led them to success in the Donegal News USL League Cup.
Tourish was also named as the Watson Menswear Player of the Month for March/April 2019.
Tourish, who has excelled for Rovers since returning from a spell at Derry City, has been snapped up by new Institute manager John Quigg – who worked with the player at the Brandywell.
Bonagee United’s Garbhan Grant received the top goalscorer award, while Paddy Friel of Fanad United picked up the media award for the third successive season.
Derry City were named as Club of the Year, a prize given to the club with the best disciplinary record over the season.
A special appreciation award was made to Oran Grimes, on behalf of the Grimes family, the proprietors of the Four Lanterns, who were sponsors of the USL from its formative days in 1986.
