MEMBERS of the Three Rivers Shotokan Karate club Lifford depart for Glasgow today to compete in the 4th JKS World Shoto Federation Karate Do Championships.
The Championships begin at the Emirates Arena on Friday morning with competition running throughout the weekend.

The standard should be very high as the competition has around 800 competitors from as far away as countries like Japan and Russia but with the continued training the members of Three Rivers have put in both in their local Dojo at the Resource Center Lifford and with the JKS national team they are sure to put it up to anyone that is put against them as they represent both Donegal and their Country on the International scene.
