TERMON’S SENIOR Ladies team is on the hunt for a new manager for the 2017 campaign, it has been confirmed.
Termon, who were All-Ireland Senior Ladies Championship winners in 2014, have high hopes of reclaiming silverware in 2017 and are seeking a management team to lead them into the season.
In 2014, Termon won all six competitions they entered – the Donegal and All-Ireland Comortás Peile na Gaeltachta, the Donegal Ladies League Division 1, the Donegal and Ulster SFC titles and the Tesco HomeGrown All-Ireland Senior Ladies Club Championship.
Geraldine McLaughlin scored 3-8 as the then Francie Friel-managed side came from behind to defeat Mourneabbey from Cork 3-12 to 1-13 at Tuam Stadium in Galway.
In 2015, year Termon ladies won a fourth successive Donegal SFC and the All-Ireland Comortás Peile na Gaeltachta,
Last summer, with a number of their top players in America for the summer months, Termon exited the Donegal SFC race with Moville taking the spoils in the final against Glenfin.
Termon include the likes of Geraldine McLaughlin, Nicole McLaughlin, Therese McCafferty, Roisin Friel, Emer Gallagher, Laura Gallagher and Lucy O’Flynn in their ranks.
