Two points behind at half-time, three second-half goals saw them record another away victory and maintain the unbeaten run in Division Two.
Glenfin started brightly and at the first water break led by 1-5 to 0-2.
Gerard Ward converted a mark, a penalty after he had been fouled and also a point from play.
The impressive Odhran McGlynn kicked two fine points and Aaron McGlynn added another as the home side dominated.
Jack Alcorn’s mark and Daire McDaid from play were Termon’s only replies in that opening period.
The water break refreshed the visitors. Steve McElwaine, who was excellent throughout, pointed twice in two minutes and Jack Alcorn’s free left a goal between them.
Ciaran Brady and McDaid exchanged points, Glenfin ‘keeper Andrew Walsh denied James McSharry a goal with a super save, but two Daire McDaid points and one from Glenfin left it 1-07 to 0-08 at half-time and Termon back in the game.
Both teams added an early second-half point, Aaron McGlynn for Glenfin and a fine Anthony Grant effort for Termon.
Glenfin wouldn’t score again for twenty minutes by which time the game was gone.
Aaron Reid raced through the middle before blasting a cracker past keeper Walsh and Termon led for the first time in the game on 37 minutes.
Two minutes later, Daire McDaid slammed home a penalty after a defender had blocked the ball on the goal-line on the ground and a four point lead for Termon, 1-08 to 2-09.
A minute later a penalty at the other end when Gerard Ward was deemed fouled by referee Jimmy White. While he followed up his initial shot, ‘keeper Emmet Maguire dived to his right and pushed the ball away.
Any hopes Glenfin had of a comeback ended five minutes later with a super Termon goal. Bobby McGettigan burst through, passed inside to Nathan McElwaine who set up Barry McGeehin to palm the ball to the net; 1-8 to 3-9 and game over.
Sub Eoghan Doherty converted a impressive point from a free, Steve McElwaine added his third point and Ricky Gallagher split the posts with a stylish score.
Gerard Ward did palm home a second goal and kicked points from frees and play but it was too little too late for the home team and Termon ran out winners by three points – but if felt like more after their excellent second-half display.
