Rory McIlroy will tee off with Matthew Fitzpatrick and Thorbjørn Olesen on Thursday at the 2018 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.
McIlroy’s Rory Foundation host this weekend’s tournament at Ballyliffin and all eyes will be on the County Down man, ranked number eight in the world.
McIlroy, Fitzpatrick and Olesen from the first tee at 1.20pm on Thursday.
World number 5, Jon Rahm, the defending Irish Open winner, gets his bid for glory underway alongside Graeme McDowell and Rafa Cabrera Bello at 8.20am on Thursday from the 10th tee.
Rahm won last year’s Irish Open at Portstewart, where he took his first European Tour win, finishing 24-under-par for a six-shot win
Padraig Harrington is off the 10th at 8.30am alongside Chris Wood and Kiradech Aphibarnrat.
Derry native Ruaidhri McGee, who has strong connections in Donegal, tees off with Jason Norris and Marc Warren at 9.30am.
Shane Lowry is off the first alongside Lee Westwood and Thomas Pieters at 1.30pm.
For round two on Friday, McIlroy, Olesen and Fitzpatrick are off the 10th tee at 8.20am with Lowry, Westwood and Pieters teeing off at 8.30am from the 10th.
Rahm, McDowell and Cabrera Bello tee off at 1.20pm on Friday.
