Swilly Seals won their first national medals at the weekend in Dublin at the Irish National Swimming Championships.
The five-day event brought together elite swimmers from the 32 counties and attracting clubs from all over the world to this prestigious event with teams from Florida, Dubai and Toronto.
Swilly Seals had three swimmers competing over the five days in what turned out to be a history-making event for the club as never before have they won any National Medals.
Cody Dunnion secured Swilly Seals first ever national medal in his 400 IM where he took silver and over the next few days took another three Bronze to bring his tally to four.
Molly Nulty became the first female to secure a National medal and did so by taking silver in her 200 Breast Stoke and swam great swims in all her other finals.
Joyce Hudy also had some great swims in her finals one being the 200 fly a gruelling swim for any female swimmer.
