Members of the Three-Rivers Shotokan Karate-Club took part in the the Budo-Nord championships that took place in Dublin at the weekend.
This was another successful outing with Emma Dolan winning Gold in both Kumite and Kata, Natasha Doherty Gold in Kumite and Silver in Kata, Ciarán Crawford Bronze in both Kumite and Kata and Ryan Doherty Bronze in Kumite.
Next up for the club is a trip to Worcester this weekend to compete in the 20th Central England Open Karate Championships.
