Johnny Loughrey of JT Physiotherapy, Letterkenny, has just returned home from the recent Paracycling World Cup in Bilbao, Spain.
Loughrey is one of the physios for Team Ireland which took home an impressive three gold medals as well as one bronze medal.

Eoghan Clifford, Colin Lynch and the female tandem of Eve Mc Crystal and Katie George Dunleavy, who has strong Donegal connections as her father John is from Mountcharles, took home gold and Ciara Staunton placed third, winning bronze in the Handcycling category.
Loughrey will now travel to the next training camp in Mallorca, Spain with the Irish Paracycling Team before travelling to the 2016 Rio Olympics in August.

In the days leading up to the Paracycling World Cup in Bilbao, Johnny was also present at the European Athletics Championships in Amsterdam. Donegal was well represented at the event.
