DONEGAL ARE LOOKING for a second Ulster Minor Football Championship success in three seasons when they take on Derry in Clones on Sunday, 12 noon.
In his first season in charge, manager Shaun Paul Barrett and joint captains Jason McGee from Cloughaneely and St Eunan’s Niall O’Donnell helped the panel win the Ulster Minor League (pictured above).
[adrotate group=”79″]Then, in the Ulster MFC Donegal overcame Antrim 2-11 to 2-7 in their quarter-final in Belfast and then defeated Monaghan 3-15 to 2-12 in their semi-final clash at Breffni Park in Cavan.
Donegal are aiming for a seventh Ulster minor title having previously taken the trophy home in 1956, 1985, 1991, 1996, 2006 and 2014.
