Gardaí in Letterkenny are investigating an attack on a local soccer pitch at Ballyraine.
The seating area at the ground was set on fire and criminal damage was caused.
The incident was reported to Gardai in Sunday last, February 28th although it is not clear when the fire was started.
Gardai have appealed for anybody who may have seen anybody acting suspiciously in tye area to contact them.
