SEAMUS COLEMAN skippered an experimental Republic of Ireland side in their 2-2 draw against Celtic at Celtic Park today.
Martin O’Neill’s team were in Glasgow as opponents for Celtic, who yesterday won back-to-back trebles with a 2-0 win over Motherwell in the Scottish Cup final, for Scott Brown’s testimonial.
Ireland take on France at the Stage de France on Monday week, May 28, before the United States come to the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, June 2.
Ireland took the lead twice, with Alan Browne shooting the visitors into a first half lead.
