As a mark of respect all matches in the League scheduled for tomorrow Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been postponed due to the death of long serving League executive member George McMullin.
George was also an instrumental figure within Dunkineely Celtic FC, where he served as chairman and treasurer, having also helped out at his hometown club Donegal Town FC.
He was survived by his wife Eileen, son John, daughters Cathy and Mairead and grand-daughter Sophia.
“The League wish to offer our condolences to his wife, family and friends,” read a league statement.
