The Easter Hamper (G.o.Y) played for on Sunday over the Sandy Hills Links was won by Pat Boyce (6) with a fantastic 2 under par 44pts including 5 birdies.
The runner up was Edward McGroddy (11) with 40pts. The gross winner was Con Boyce (5) with 31 gross pts. Third place was Charlie McClafferty (10) with 39pts.

The results from the four person open scramble on St Patrick’s Day are as follows –
1st Eileen McLarnon, Gareth McLarnon, Jimmy Gallagher & Mik Gallagher Jnr with 52 7/8.
2nd Joe McHugh, Kevin McCrystal, Mickey Treanor & P McLaughlin with 53 3/8.
3rd Sheila Breen, Mary Devlin, Liam Breen & Barry McMenamin with 53 7/8.

Gaeltacht League
Our Gaeltacht League team travelled to Portsalon Golf Links last Saturday for their last league match of the year. Rosapenna came away with a great result winning the tie 5.5-3.5, Portsalon had only lost one game out of eighteen in their two previous home matches this year.
The winners of the Rosapenna four ball better ball were Peter Smyth & Shane Sweeney with 40pts. Third behind the Rosapenna & Portsalon winners were Rosapenna pairing Denis Harkin & Shane Doherty with 37pts.
Rosapenna now sit top of the league table with a total of 64 pts. The 2015/16 Captains Day will take place at Dunfanaghy Golf Club on Saturday April 9th.
Mulroy Links
The last two Mulroy Links outings will both take place at Portsalon Golf Links on Saturday April 2nd & 16th. Contact the Golf Shop on 074-91-59459 to book/amend any tee times.
Courses
All member play will remain on the Sandy Hills Links until further notice. The Old Tom Morris Links is now open with limited play for hotel residents only. Club length placing not nearer the hole on fairways only is now in play.
Tee Times
Members are advised to book tee times for all weekend play going forward as there is increased visitor & society play as the main golf season gets underway. Tee times can be made by contacting The Pavilion Golf Shop on 074-915-5000 between 8.00am-5.30pm or email golf@rosapenna.ie.
Masters Draw
The golf club are organising a US Masters fundraising draw to support team expenses this season. Lines are available from any committee member, you pick 3 players total (combined odds of at least 150/1) at 10e per line.
Insurance
The Golfsure personal insurance available to all members is priced at 25e per person and is payable on or before the 31st of March in the Pavilion Golf Shop.
