RAPHOE’S BEN WALLACE scored a hat-trick for Ulster Hockey Under-17s in a 5-0 win over Scotland today.
Wallace and Raphoe team-mate Alexander Tinney have traveled to Lilleshall in England as part of the Ulster Under-17s and the Donegal duo have been selected as joint captains for the trip, an annual Talent Development Camp that Ulster Hockey participate in.
Wallace was on top form with a treble of goals as Ulster scored a big 5-0 win. Matt Milliken and Charlie Norris scored the other goals.
Wallace and Tinney previously featured for the Ireland Under-16s in the Volvo Six Nations Tournament being held at the BHV Push club in Brena, Netherlands, last summer.
And just last Month, Manorcunningham native Tinney plauyed in a three-test series against Scotland for the Ireland Under-18s.
