Rachael Darragh moves into semi-final at Lithuanian International

RACHAEL Darragh is into the semi-finals of the RSL Lithuanian International.

Darragh defeated Russian Mariia Golubeva in this evening’s quarter-final match in Kaunas.

Darragh won 21-13 18-21 21-17 to move into the last four.

Earlier today, the Raphoe woman came from behind to defeat Anna Bygum from Denmark 19-21 21-16 21-18 in a game that lasted 57 minutes.

This evening’s match took 49 minutes, but Darragh – who is the fourth seed – will now meet top seed Ksenia Polikarpova in tomorrow’s semi-final.
