The finals of the Letterkenny and District Gaelic Football Primary Schools League took place at Pairc na nGael on Wednesday, where the Letterkenny Club hosted the 2018 small and large Primary Schools finals day. Â
Nine different boys and girls teams from nine different schools travelled to the Glebe for a bumper day of football. Glenswilly NS boys and Kilmacrennan NS girls were victorious in the Elaine Winstor Friel and the Susan Carr Cup large schools competitions respectively.
Scoil Mhuire Cresslough NS took the Andrew Duffy Memorial Shield in the Small Schools competition.
Special guests on the day were Donegal senior footballers, Frank McGlynn, Eamon Doherty and Conor Morrisson.
