BEING IN THE RIGHT place at the right time is sometimes key to snapping the perfect picture – and that was certainly true for one Donegal man on Wednesday night in Lille.
Mountcharles man Seán Gallagher got into position at the end of the Republic of Ireland’s 1-0 win over Italy at Euro 2016 and snapped the sheer raw passion of Seamus Coleman.
Captain on the night, Coleman’s energy and drive were a real feature of a fantastic Irish display as Martin O’Neill’s team booked a ticket to the last 16.
Gallagher is a student at Blanchardstown IT and just completed a placement with the FAI a month ago.
If this shot is anything to go by, he has a bright future as a photographer.
