OLIVE MCCAFFERTY PUTS in the air miles with her commute from Glasgow but it’s still proving worthwhile as Termon won a fourth Donegal Ladies title on the spin on Sunday.
The physiotherapist (pictured above by Frank McGettigan) played her part in the 4-13 to 0-11 win over Glenfin in Convoy for the reigning Donegal, Ulster and All-Ireland champions and on Sunday week, September 27, has an All-Ireland Ladies Junior final with Scotland at Croke Park against Louth to look forward to.
“The games last year in the lead-up to the All-Ireland, we played brilliant teams,” McCafferty said. “We learned a lot from those games”
