Maxi Curran’s team were 0-6 to 0-1 up by the tenth minute and at the break St Eunan’s had a nine-point lead.
Goalkeeper Shaun Patton was among the scorers with Rory Carr, O’Donnell, Sean McVeigh, Conor O’Donnell and Oisin Toal all weighing in.
Cloughaneely didn’t score fora full 20 minutes in the second half, as St Eunan’s maintained supreme control of the fixture with 2012 All-Ireland winner Rory Kavanagh clipping over two points.
