SEAN MACCUMHAILL’S HAVE APPOINTED Eamon McAuley as their new hurling manager.
The Twin Towns club had a fine season in 2015, with victory in the Ulster Tain League in September, as well as reaching the Donegal SHC final – only to lose narrowly to Burt at O’Donnell Park. McAuley replaces John O’Brien in the hotseat at MacCumhaill Park.

A club statement read:
Tags:CLG Seán Mac Cumhaills are delighted to announce that Eamon McAuley has been appointed as the Senior Hurling Manager for 2016. Joining Eamon as part of the management structure is Chris McDaid, a Tyrone native who brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience with him.
Returning once again are Colman McGhee, Don Browne and Laura Browne who were part of last year’s management team. We would like to wish Eamon and his team all the best for the coming season.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank John O’Brien for all his work over the last year.
