A LATE goal by Francely Lomboto gave Galway United a pre-season friendly win over Finn Harps.

Lomboto pounced for the winner five minutes from the end to seal victory for the John Caulfield-managed Tribesmen.
Premier Division Harps had a familiar look to their starting XI as they prepare for their 2021 opener against Bohemians on March 19.
New midfielder Will Seymore made his first showing off the bench.
There was an appearance for striker Ryan Shanley, who is with Harps on a trial.
Ryan Rainey and Christy McLaughlin donned the Harps colours for the first time and there was a welcome return for Mark Timlin (pictured), who missed the 2020 campaign after undergoing cruciate knee ligament surgery.
Ethan Boyle, who has recently returned for another spell at Harps, also came on for the second half while striker Sean Boyd – who spent the first half of 2019 at Finn Park – was another to get a run-out.
Youngster Jamie Browne had a chance for Harps in the first half, but he headed off target.
Adam Foley and ex-Galway player Ryan Connolly drew saves from Conor Kearns, the home goalkeeper.
Just when it seemed as if the game would end scoreless, Lomboto struck.
