An interesting accomplishment from Sunday’s Dublin City Marathon, which incorporated the National Championship, was that of Noreen Bonner.
The Finn Valley AC woman took her national title and category gold medal with a terrific 3 hours, 36 minutes and 57 seconds run across the famous course.
The Finn Valley AC secretary covered the iconic distance 33 years ago in 3:06.
It has been a memorable week for Noreen, who has been selected for the forthcoming International Masters Cross-Country on November 18th.
