WE have all systems go for our very first underage girls winter training, starting his Thursday the 12th of November. In a bid to boost the confidence of our Little ladies Stars of the future., we have decided at a recent meeting to run a winter indoor training programme.
Our aims by starting this is to Teach our girls the fundamentals and skills involved in Ladies Gealic football.
Heading this up is Bernadette Carr, Laura Cunnea and Sarah McMorrow, with a lot of help of our Ladies Chairwoman Christine Byrne. We encourage any girl no longer eligible to play u10 for 2016 to come along.
Last Sunday seen our men’s teams finish their season with two home wins over fanad Gaels. The reserve team won out on a 4 point score line and the seniors by the same margin. This ends a very productive season for our men’s teams. Well done all.
