Naomh Colmcille are on the hunt for a new manager after confirmation that Ryan McKinley has stepped down from the role.
McKinley has stepped down following a successful two-year term in charge of the Newtowncunningham outfit.
In 2017, McKinley guided Naomh Colmcille to the Donegal Junior Championship and they went on to win the Ulster JFC title.
This year, Naomh Colmcille won promotion to Division 3 of the All-County League and consolidated their Intermediate Championship status.
The club said in a post on their Facebook page: “Ryan has had two years at the helm and is the most successful manager in the club’s history winning Donegal and Ulster Championship titles in his first year in charge and gaining league promotion during his second season as well as retaining our intermediate championship status. No mean feat!”
As a player, McKinley won the 2010 Donegal JFC and also played in the 2015 IFC final, which Naomh Colmcille lost to Bundoran.
