Three Rivers Shotokan Club travelled to Belfast on Saturday for their first outing of the year to take part in the North/South Karate Championships.
Representing JKS Ireland this is always a good competition at the start of the year to get the members back into the swing of things again.
That they did as they returned back to Lifford with 9 Golds, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze medals to wrap up a great day.
