For the Glenswilly manager, Brendan Walsh, the result was all that counted – and his men got it.
Glenswilly may not be advancing with their old panache, but they remain a dangerous opponent.
“The result it what counts,” Walsh observed.
“We have a lot to work on. We had some good things and some not to do. We have work to do, but we’re happy to be there.
“We made hard work of it, but we got the job done.”
