Ryan McErlean produced a couple of moments of magic in Edinburgh to help take Naomh Colmcille to within an hour of Croke Park.

The powerful forward kicked a wonderful second-half goal and, when the chips were down again late in the game, conjured up two points, one of them a masterful effort that signalled the intent.
McErlean was the Man of the Match as Naomh Colmcille – pictured in new polo shirts sponsored by Joe and Priscilla Dolan of Deerpark Haulage – defeated Dunedin Connollys 1-10 to 2-6 and he can feel the prize now.
“We’ll never get a chance like this again – and we all know it,” he declared.
“We want to play in Croke Park. You always dream about that as a young fella. Now, we’re a game away from it. We’re fully focussed on this and we’ll be back in training this week.”
