OLLIE HORGAN believes disappointment at a home draw with Cork City is evidence of a big improvement in his Finn Harps.

Tonight’s scoreless draw with the Rebels shifts Harps four points in front of UCD in the battle for survival.
“We have come a long way when we’re drawing nil-all with Cork and home and are disappointed,” Horgan told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub after the game.
“We lost 4-3 in March. It was a brilliant game but it wasn’t worth a jot to us.
“At the end of the day it’s about the points you get in this.”
In a game that was shy on chances, neither goalkeeper was really tested.
Horgan said: “It was a poor game, but we had a great game against them three months ago and got nothing out of it.
“We’d gladly take a poor game and get a point as opposed to losing 4-3. People need to be realistic about what we’re playing against. There are a lot of medals out there and they’re proper players.”
