AFTER SEEING his side snatch a late winner last night to preserve their perfect start to the season, Jason Gibson hailed Bonageeās experienced players.
Harpsā Corey McBride had cancelled out Jordan Armstrongās early opener, but Larkinās strike ensured that Bonagee took the spoils.
āCredit to the boys for the character they showed,ā Gibson told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub.
āA couple stood up at half-time and said if we wanted to get to that these are the games we donāt lose and we can nick the winner.
āI was impressed with the more experienced lads, Michael Funston and Sean Hume, in how they managed the game and āStudsā (Eugene Ferry) in nets.ā
