Dunlewey Celtic manager Hugh Cannon knows how thin the margins are so was naturally thrilled and relieved all at once with a 3-2 win over Drumoghill FC this afternoon.
Dunlewey returned to the ranks of the Donegal League last season after a year out and have been on song this term so far.
“It’s very important to keep the pressure on because Gweedore and St Catherine’s are coming tight,” Cannon said.
“It’s a tough wee League. It’s important we keep the heads up and get the fitness going. If you lose a game, you could be back into mid-table so we have to keep the wins going.”
