OLLIE HORGAN insists his Finn Harps side won’t get to carried away with results, good or bad.
Harps have kept four clean sheets in their last five Premier Division outings, claiming ten points in that period – half of their total for the season.
“It has been a good run,” Horgan told Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub as he prepares his side to face third-placed Bohemians on Friday night.
“Obviously the UCD defeat was hugely disappointing and a lot of people outside the changing room threw the towel in. We certainly didn’t get too down or excited.
“The key to it is what Derry did at the weekend and get a win back after a loss.
“You need to bounce back and we’re going to lose sooner or later – we just hope that it mightn’t be on Friday night.”
Harps scored three times against Bohemians at Dalymount Park the last time the sides met – but still lost 5-3.
Horgan said: “We need to stay in the game to have any hope of getting anything out of it. They’re a proper side who are third in the table – and the table doesn’t lie.”
