NIALL FRIEL WAS the man who lifted the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Under-21 Championship trophy this afternoon.

The Gaoth Dobhair captain and his teammates put in a commanding performance in their 3-11 to 3-5 victory over Naomh Conaill.
