Milford manager Danny O’Donnell says building momentum is the aim for the Moyle View men as they seek Intermediate Championship glory.
A 3-13 to 0-14 win over Naomh Ultan in Dunkineely sends Milford, last year’s beaten finalists into the last eight again.
“We wanted to keep the winning run going and keep our momentum going for the quarter-finals,” O’Donnell said after Darragh Black, Joey Cullen and Kane Barrett sealed the win.
“The goals were crucial in the first half. It was important for us to keep probing. We had to be clinical and the goals gave us the platform to see the game out.”
