THE UNDERAGE indoor football training at the Letterkenny Gaels gets underway again this Friday 13th November.
The club provides a 5 week period of underage indoor training before the Christmas break.
Underage Football at Letterkenny Gaels has gone from strength to strength over the last few years.
In 2015, the number of boys and girls attending underage football training has grown exponentially.
The club fielded four under 8 teams at the GAA Go Games for the first time in the club’s history earlier in the summer. Girls’ football has become very popular at the club and the underage girls are showing they are every bit as good as the boys.
At the indoor football training, coaches focus on developing the basic skills of Gaelic football. The sessions are an excellent opportunity for new boys and girls to learn and develop Gaelic football skills in a fun, relaxed and non-competitive environment.
Letterkenny Gaels club coaches have been Garda vetted and GAA accredited.
